Protective means

• Based on the new hygiene instructions and the pandemic's stabilization, face mask is optional in all indoor spaces. 
• Should the weather allow it and you wish so, we suggest that you prefer outdoor spaces.

Arrival & Departure

• E-registration / check-in, so that you enter your room without to pass by the Reception. 
• Official arrival time / check-in: 15.00
  Official departure time / check-out: 11.00
  The schedule has been formed for the sake of thorough cleaning, disinfection and sufficient room ventilation. 
• As soon as you wish, we can gladly transfer your luggage and leave it either inside or outside of your room. 
• Your room key has been disinfected before delivered to you. As soon as you enter your room, you put the magnet into the appropriate socket just next to the door to activate your room's power supply and you remove it only when you exit. If you wish, you can keep it with you during your stay and return it to us upon your departure.

Cleaning & Housekeeping

• All your room's surfaces, without exception, whether hard or textile, have been disinfected with various means, depending on their material. Their majority, as well as the floor is being disinfected with superheated dry steam of 180ºC eliminating up to 99,999% of viruses, microbes, bacteria, fungus and their spores.
• Our staff will be entering your room to freshen it up upon your request. Please update us on your preference, or put the relevant card on your door whenever you need it.
• In case that you do not require housekeeping services, please feel free to ask for the items that need replacement (eg. towels, toilet paper, amenities etc.). Upon request we can also supply you with: toothbrush/toothpaste, ironing equipment, sleep mask - please do not hesitate to contact the reception.

Pet accommodation

In our hotel we welcome all pet companions, as we do with all our guests, in the room type "House". For the safety, hygiene & convenience of all our guests and pets, during your presence in areas of sanitary interest (ie. breakfast room, restaurant), your pet companion can wait for you in your room. If you need to have constant surveillance of it at all times, please do not hesitate to inform us. Anywhere except for your House, it is recommended that your pet is accompanied and has a walking belt. Being in the countryside, there are many outdoor areas in our property for your pet's needs; guests are responsible for their companion's fouling.

By Greek Law, service dogs that assist visitors with reduced vision, hearing or other disability are allowed to be present in our catering areas (breakfast room & restaurant), provided that they have all necessary certifications and their presence is discreet with regards to the other guests. 

Breakfast

• Your stay includes a homemade breakfast and we serve you per table from 8.30 to 11.00 daily. There you will find a list with the offered delicacies from which you freely select depending on your preferences. If you have a food allergy or specific dietary requirement, please inform beforehand a member of our staff. 

Water & Κitchenette

• All rooms' tap water is drinkable and is being checked in the appropriate time intervals for its quality. 
• The kitchenettes' hotplates can be used to prepare a coffee or tea; due to their handmade finish they are not suitable for cooking.

Internet & Telephone

• Wi-fi network "Ktima Bellou Guest" is open and available in all hotel rooms and common spaces.

Smoking

• Smoking is not allowed in all hotel rooms and indoor spaces.

Restaurant

• For our kitchen's scheduling and if it is possible, please notify us beforehand about your meal time, in order that we reserve and prepare the suitable table for you. 
• Our kitchen is open continuously from 13.00 to 22.00 at night.
• You can be informed on our dishes every day through the contactless QR code you will find on your table, or through this link. 
• Bottled items, like eg. wine or beverages, are disinfected before served to your table. 
• Every used table is being sanitized with the appropriate methods just upon being vacated, while all our table linen is being washed with disinfection laundry detergents. 

Swimming-pool (June through October)

• The pool is open from 8.30 till sunset, excluding the time of common rest 15.00 to 16.15 and it is exclusively available to our hotel guests.
• The hygiene and operation of the swimming-pool is being checked with special procedures many times during the day. For the preservation of the pool's cleanliness and your safety, please;
• make sure that a meticulous foam shower either in your room, or in the pool's shower precedes and follows your swimming, and
• allow some time after you apply your sunscreen before entering the pool.
• It is recommended that you use a head cover/shower cap.
• Due to the pool's limited depth (1.50 m) and according to the Greek law, diving is not allowed. 
• Wait at least 3 (three) hours after your last meal. 
• Little children should always be accompanied.
• Your sunloungers are placed in the appropriate distances per adjacent set. After each use they are sanitized accordingly - the same applies for the rest pool facilities (escalators, shower etc.) 

Exit

• For security reasons, the main hotel gate remains closed during the night. Should you wish to return late at night, please make sure you keep the phone number of the hotel [+30 2351 7 70021, +30 697 67 83 461], so that we open the door for you.
